    We love to stop here on our way to Las Vegas, Eastern Sierra's or Death Valley. This place is wonderful for breakfast! Great service and great value!

    Ate their at dinner time though. Slow and below average service. Too bad.

    But we'll still go there for breakfast!

    This is my favorite restaurant for breakfast in Tehachapi. The food comes fast and it comes good . I love their chicken fried steak , hash browns , scrambled eggs with cheese and a biscuit with gravy . It's absolutely delicious , it's cooked perfectly. The biscuit and gravy is the best I've ever had . The biscuit is fluffy and the gravy is creamy . Absolutely perfect .  My son loves the omelette, he's says they're perfect .

    The prices are very reasonable and the portions are big . Can't wait to eat here next time I'm visiting my parents .

    I came in yesterday evening alone, it was Father's Day, 6-16-2019, and I was seated immeadeatly. Even though it was NOT that busy, it took over 10 minutes for my order to be taken, and even longer, over 15 minutes for my ONE item to be brought to my table. I ordered the sample appetizer plate. Everything was WAY over cooked. See the pic. Normally, this restaurant is decent, but today they fell flat.

    our usual go to place up here. daily specials. cold beer. everything is usually good. love the chili verde. we used to get the pozole a lot but i was told they don't have it any more. service is always good. it's dog friendly on the patio. been going here for years but finally decided to post a review.

    Horrible service. Waitriss didn't even say hi,or good morning. She just stood there. Waiting for us to spill an order. My husband tried to order extra toast, and asked three times and she just kept walking. I wanted to leave, but we we're starving. She was an older lady with short  grey hair. We won't ever visit here again.
